DEIC member Jennifer S. Yu interviewed Juan Pablo Arroyo, MD, PhD, Assistant Professor of Medicine at Vanderbilt University Medical Center and recipient of a 2022 ASCI Emerging Generation Award. Dr. Arroyo’s work focuses on how the kidney regulates fluids and electrolytes. His research group has recently shown that kidney epithelial cells make biologically active vasopressin.
